- Shipping & Delivery
- Clients are held responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning an item. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event an error has occurred on our company’s behalf in regards to a client’s selected size or coloration of an item or if the product is found to be damaged/defective.
- Privacy & Security
- All collected customer information will be utilized to respond to requests/orders/returns as per request. We will NOT share your information with any third party outside of our company, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to fulfill an order.
- Returns & Replacements
Clients have 14 business days to return an item from the date that the item was received. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that the item has been received. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the item has been inspected. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The credit for the purchase should be reflected in your financial statement within a few days determining your Credit Card issuer’s policies.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it in. (No Damages, abrasions, or wear and tear will be accepted)
- Your item must be returned in the original packaging it was sent in.
- Your item needs to have the receipt, packing label, and/or sales invoice to verify purchase.
- Damaged Items
- If an item is damaged when received please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer service at (562) 699-1488. A representative will instruct you how to return the item and receive a refund.
